Building Skills, Teamwork, and Confidence Through Floorball.
Welcome to NGAGE Floorball Academy — Where Fun, Skills, and Teamwork Begin!
At NGAGE Floorball Academy, part of Big Pond Education, we introduce children to the exciting, fast-paced sport of floorball — a dynamic, team-based game that nurtures athletic skills, resilience, leadership, and confidence.
Through active play and structured learning, we help each child discover the joy of movement, the power of teamwork, and the value of perseverance.

OUR PROGRAMS:
(Ages 3–5)
Our specially designed preschool sessions introduce young children to floorball fundamentals through play-based learning and active movement.
Each session includes:
- Fun warm-ups and movement games
- Introduction to floorball equipment (sticks, balls, goals)
- Mini-drills for balance, hand-eye coordination, and ball control
- Small group games and obstacle courses
- Circle time with songs and a positive closing ritual
The Preschool Program focuses on physical literacy, setting the foundation for a lifelong love of movement and sport.

- Positive coaching emphasizing fun, effort, and fair play
- Confidence-building exercises to encourage lifelong participation in sports
(Primarily for Ages 9–14)
Older kids progress into our Learn to Train program, where we focus on taking skills to the next level:
- Mastering advanced floorball techniques (passing under pressure, tactical movement, defensive strategies)
- Game awareness, decision-making, and strategic team play
- Building strength, speed, agility, and stamina
- Leadership, teamwork, and resilience development
- Preparation for school teams, recreational leagues, or competitive play
Younger children (ages 7–8) who demonstrate strong skills, maturity, and coachability may also be invited to join the Learn to Train program based on evaluation by our experienced coaching team.
Our program follows the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, ensuring that each player trains at the right pace for their growth, safety, and success.
